‘Ivorians have only started consuming cocoa in the last two years. Cocoa consumption in Côte d’Ivoire is still fairly low considering that the country is the world´s number one producer of cocoa', explains Hervé Dobinou, head of the chocolate factory ChocoPlus, which produces and markets cocoa products locally.
