Dr. Jorrit Kamminga is a political scientist specialising in the nexus between security and development. He holds a PhD in International Relations from the University of Valencia in Spain. As a consultant, he worked on UNODC's World Drug Report in 2015 and 2022, as well as for the Global Partnership on Drug Policies and Development (GPDPD).
