Felix Strauss

Felix Strauss joined ALDI SOUTH Group in 2019 and serves as Fruit & Vegetable Sustainability Manager within the company's international sustainability department. He brings extensive expertise in advancing sustainability across global fresh produce supply chains. Since 2022, Felix has represented ALDI SOUTH Group in the German Retailer Working Group on Living Wage Bananas, where he has played an active role in shaping the initiative and its objectives.

At ALDI SOUTH Group, Felix leads a team focused on sustainability collaboration with commercial teams and suppliers, ESG compliance throughout the supply chain, and engagement with key stakeholders. He holds a Master's degree in Business and Development Studies from Copenhagen Business School. Prior to joining ALDI SOUTH Group, Felix worked with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the Austrian Development Agency (ADA).
