Ralf Südhoff

Since the beginning of 2008, Ralf Südhoff has been director in Berlin for the United Nations World Food Program (WFP). Before that he was responsible for media and public relations work in Germany and Austria for this very same humanitarian organization, the world's largest.  
Prior to his start in the World Food Program, Südhoff worked as a journalist, including as founding editor of the Financial Times Deutschland. He then worked as a speaker of the then parliamentary Secretary of State at the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, Uschi Eid, before reporting to "Die ZEIT" in Rio de Janeiro.
