Sonja Segowski

Sonja Segowski holds a Master’s degree in Food Technology. As part of her Master’s thesis at Technische Universität Berlin, she researched the use of sesame press cake as an alternative raw material for meat substitute products. During her studies, she gained several years of practical experience in regulatory affairs, with a particular focus on the legal assessment of food products in relation to pesticide and contaminant regulations.
