Dr. Julia Köhn

Dr. Julia Köhn is shaping the transformation of global agricultural & food systems as a founder, entrepreneur and investor. She is one of the global Top 10 Woman in Foodtech.

As Chair of the German AgriFood Society, she represents the interests of German AgriTech, FoodTech and BioTech startups and is particularly committed to internationally competitive funding for High & DeepTech startups in the field of agri-food transformation.

She studied Business Administration, Economics and Philosophy at the University of Witten/Herdecke, Erasmus University Rotterdam and the University of Cambridge. She received an award for her excellent doctoral thesis on the "Economics of Uncertainty" and was a scholarship holder of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, a member of the Social Market Economy Doctoral Program and a Fellow at the Institute for New Economic Thinking.
